Introduction of Automatic Kinematic Viscometer:
Implementation standard: GB/T265 ASTM D445.
Kinematic Viscometer uses a 10-inch LCD display and touch screen. The Automatic Viscometer is used to measure the kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products. The screen operation is simple and easy to use.
Dynamic Viscometer adopts a split structure, with the control part in the middle and two liquid bathtubs on the left and right. The kinematic viscosity of 40°C and 100°C can be set at the same time. There is a lighting device at the bottom of the liquid bath for easy observation.
Advantages of Automatic Viscometer:
1. The temperature part of Kinematic Viscometer uses precision platinum resistor PT100 to measure temperature, which has high accuracy and accurate display.
2. Automatic constant temperature: Click the temperature control button Automatic Viscometer to automatically maintain the temperature. Load the sample into the viscosity tube and click Start. The instrument will automatically time and maintain the temperature for 15 minutes to start the experiment.
3. Automatic detection: Dynamic Viscometer automatically extracts the sample and detects based on the infrared photoelectric principle. The method is reliable and has good repeatability.
4. Automatically save and clean data: After the experiment, the data is saved to the history record, and automatic cleaning and drying begins to facilitate the next experimental operation.
5. Dynamic Viscometer has a heating bath protection function. If the temperature continues to rise, it will automatically cut off power and stop heating when it exceeds the preset upper limit.
