Introduction of Lubricating oil tester:

Lubricating oil tester is based on GB/T12579

Designed and manufactured by ASTM D892. "Method for Determination of Foam Characteristics of Lubricating Oil". The air release value tester is suitable for measuring the foam tendency and foam stability of lubricating oil under specified conditions.

Advantages of high quality air release value tester:

1. The high quality air release value tester consists of high and low temperature baths, heating devices, temperature control devices, air supply devices, sample containers, etc.

2. The high and low temperature baths of the Lubricating oil tester are controlled by a digital temperature control meter. The temperature control of the digital temperature control meter is accurate and the display is intuitive. Easy to operate (see the instruction manual of the temperature control meter for detailed operating steps). When the bath temperature is lower than the set value of the temperature control meter, the temperature control meter stops the heating device through the solid state relay, and then uses the action of the stirring device to keep the bath temperature constant and uniform.

3. The air release value tester uses an air pump or nitrogen bottle to regularly and quantitatively introduce gas into the flow meter, gas diffusion head and measuring cylinder containing the sample, so that the volume of bubbles generated by the sample can be measured.
