Introduction of air release value analyer:

Lubricating oil tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with China's petrochemical industry standard SH/T0308 "Determination of Air Release Value of Lubricating Oil". The air release value tester is suitable for measuring the ability of petroleum products such as turbine oil and hydraulic oil to separate mist air.

Working principle of air release value analyer:

When the compressed air enters the jacketed glass test tube after passing through the filter and air heater, its pressure and temperature can meet the test requirements. The circulating water bath consists of a circulating water pump, a bath tank, etc. The bath tank is made of stainless steel plates and has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and long life. The control system uses a digital temperature control meter to control and display the bath temperature. The digital temperature control meter has high temperature control accuracy, intuitive display, and simple operation. The overall design of the air release value analyzer is reasonable and the configuration is perfect.
