The structure and principle of Foam Tendency Tester：
Coolant Foam Tendency Tester consists of bathtub, heating device, temperature control device, gas supply device, sample container, etc. Coolant Foam Tendency Tester is compact in structure, beautiful in shape and easy to operate. Engine Coolant Tester uses a digital temperature control meter to control the temperature of the bathtub. The digital temperature control meter shows intuitively and controls the temperature accurately. When the bath temperature is lower than the set temperature, the temperature control meter will make the heater work through the solid state relay. In terms of temperature, the temperature of the bathtub is made uniform by the function of the stirring device. Foam Tendency Tester uses an air pump, flow meter, and gas diffusion head to regularly and quantitatively feed gas into the measuring cylinder containing the sample. The Foam Tendency Tester is equipped with a timer, which can easily measure the volume of the foam produced by the sample and the disappearance time of the foam.
